• Matrix Energetics Option 1: Distant healing: Continuous Phone Contact                                                 $175/30 minutes
  Relax in the comfort of your home or office as Adele facilitates your session during a continuous phone session. This allows you to ask questions and give feedback on what you are experiencing during the session.
  
  
• Matrix Energetics Option 2: In-person healing (hands-on):                                                     $175/30 minutes
  Come to Adele's healing space and either sit on a comfortable couch or enjoy your session while lying down on a massage table. Very relaxing. Adele uses hands-on and distant healing which are very effective. This is best for those of you who enjoy being with their healing practitioner in person and enjoy feeling energy. It is also ideal for those who are curious in nature and like to ask questions and give feedback on what you are experiencing during the session.
